Rosa started in the cleaning business in 2001 as an assistant manager for a local cleaning and housekeeping company. Over the next year she progressed from assistant manager to head manager before leaving to set up her business in 2004. Her wide variety of skills include sales, operations, and cleaning perfection. Rosa has worn many hats over the past five years and is enthusiastic about growing Cleaning Management and making long term business relationships. Rosa is responsible for visiting each and every property to ensure cleaning standards are exceeded and outperform the customer's expectations.

Jorge has been in the residential cleaning and property management industry since 2001. He started as a supervisor with a local management company and was quickly promoted to property manager, then area manager before furthering his career as a Property Manager for on of Keystone's largest and most luxurious properties. Jorge is proficient with today's technology standards and posses excellent organizational and planning skills. He has a working knowledge of managing vacation and resort properties and with his "take charge" attitude, frequently steps in for the cleaning staff when the pressure is on.

Our cleaning personnel have great attitudes and maintain the highest level of workmanship. We ensure their work is of the highest quality by developing an action plan that is previously agreed upon by our client, followed by on site training by management.
